88df Terms and Conditions — Platform User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 88df ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of all services available at 88df.vin and its associated mobile applications.

Your use of the 88df platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, accessing the live casino, placing sports bets on cricket or football, using the slots section, or downloading the 88df app — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the 88df platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the more specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion only.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 88df platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the 88df platform.
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person, organisation or third party.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is accurate and belongs to you. 88df reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account restriction or closure.

88df permits only one account per person. If you already hold an active 88df account, you must not create a second account. If you have forgotten your account credentials, please use the account recovery process rather than creating a new registration.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and activity of your 88df account. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying 88df immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that any device used to access the platform has adequate security software and is not used by underage individuals.

88df will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by someone using your credentials with or without your permission — will be treated as your activity and governed by these Terms.

You must keep your registered contact details and payment information up to date. Outdated information can cause delays in withdrawals and may result in verification complications.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88df platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — Pakistan's instant interbank payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct bank-to-bank transactions
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Mobile Wallets — other supported wallet services as listed in your account

Deposits are generally credited to your 88df balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen method and your bank or wallet provider's own processing schedules.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 88df reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a copy of your CNIC or proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not specific to any individual player.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. 88df does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

88df does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated activity reviewed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 88df sports betting section — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type as displayed on the platform at the time of betting.

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you see this confirmation.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless specifically permitted by the rules of a particular market.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time based on match events. 88df's decision on in-play bet settlement is final.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules displayed on the platform.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.

For casino games — including live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger and slot titles — the rules of each individual game govern play. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are provided by the respective game providers and are available within each game interface.

88df uses certified random number generation (RNG) for applicable games. The outcome of casino games is determined by these systems and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player outside of normal gameplay decisions.

Any bet placed using funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement will be treated according to the bonus terms applicable to those funds. Stakes placed on excluded game types will not contribute to wagering requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88df may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only — one per player, household, IP address or device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering will be forfeited after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than live casino games. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• 88df reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend bonus terms or void bonus funds where abuse or breach of terms is identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88df platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform outside of normal manual gameplay.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing, transferring or withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with the 88df platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using VPNs, proxy services or other technical means to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 88df staff members.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after it has been used for betting activity.

88df monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and take further action as appropriate including sharing information with financial institutions and law enforcement bodies.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88df platform — including the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of 88df or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of the platform or its content.
• Use any 88df branding, logos or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on platform content or game assets.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine or otherwise extract content from the platform in bulk.

9 Privacy & Data

88df collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. 88df does not sell your personal data to third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

88df is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools are available in your account settings:

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Decisions made by the platform in respect of disputed bets, bonus settlements or account reviews, where those decisions have been made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

The 88df platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

You may request closure of your 88df account at any time by contacting the support team through the platform. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

88df reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 has been detected.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period without any balance remaining.
• The account holder has been identified as being under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request has been confirmed.
• Verification documents requested by 88df have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, 88df may freeze the account and withhold funds pending investigation before proceeding with closure. The outcome of such investigations will determine whether any balance is returned.

13 Changes to These Terms

88df reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the platform — either via a notification in your account, an update to the "Last Updated" date on this page, or both.

Your continued use of the 88df platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should close your account and cease using the platform.
